Small in stature, General Ray Davis was a true American hero who walked among giants during his life.
General Davis won the Navy Cross during World War Two. He later won the Medal of Honor as one of "The Chosin Few" in Korea. He was also the Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps.
Ray reported for duty at Heaven's Gates two days before Andy graduated from boot camp at Parris Island.
